What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 1 x 40'HQ container per model (approximately 185 to 225 units depending on machine size). For initial trial market evaluations, mixed-model loading or sample units can be arranged upon request.
What is your standard production lead time?
For repeat orders, lead time is 25 to 30 days upon receipt of deposit. For new OEM custom mold projects, tooling development takes 35 days followed by 20 days for pilot assembly validation.
Do you support CKD / SKD knock-down delivery?
Yes. We have extensive experience delivering CKD and SKD formats to Nigeria, Egypt, and Pakistan, allowing local importers to benefit from significantly lower customs duty brackets.
Can you handle SASO and Saber certificates for Saudi Arabia?
Absolutely. Our washing machines comply with SASO 2885 energy standards and IEC 60335 safety norms. We regularly upload certified test reports directly into the Saber platform for expedited customs clearance.
